Brian has been representing buyers and sellers with Windermere Real Estate since 2002. He has experience helping clients buy and sell houses, condos, vacant land and investment properties.                                                               

Brian is a top producing Real Estate Broker who is a Sacramento native who grew up in a Real Estate environment. His father was an architect who worked for the State and his parents were constantly buying land and building homes and office buildings. He has been renovating properties for over 30 years and has a vast knowledge of home construction which will aid you in your decision whether or not to write an offer on a property, potentially saving you hundreds of dollars in inspections.

This passion for building and remodeling homes helped him make a decision to leave a career in television news, but he brings the organizational skills he learned as a TV News/Sports Producer with him and promises to provide the highest level of service available in the real estate industry today! Community Service

My way of giving back to the community is to reunite lost & found pets with their owners using Facebook... Our page is called "Friends of Nitro" We have a group of extraordinary people who volunteer their time to actively hit the streets to search for lost dogs & cats using social media. When someone loses a four-legged friend they can go to our page and post the details. Within minutes, hundreds of people throughout the region are notified and if anyone is close they will try to locate the lost pet immediately.
